Grand Admiral Zatarius Ambushed!

Friday evening, Grand Admiral Zatarius' ship was ambushed by Alliance vessels. The ship and crew were responding to a distress beacon sent out recently by what was believed to be a ship carrying refugees. Grand Admiral Zatarius planned to arrive and perform a rescue of the vessel and crew that had put it out.

Upon arrival of the location, the Admiral's ship was suddenly attacked on mass by a fleet of Alliance vessels and two Normandy ships. Though outgunned and outnumbered, the ship and it's crew fought back bravely, taking down seven hostile vessels. Alas, the odds were too far out of there favor and an escape would be attempted. While crew members entered escape pods, Grand Admiral Zatarius bravely stayed on the ship and made sure to hold back all boarding Alliance crew members. Reports say he bravely held the line single-handily, cutting down Alliance scum left and right until the last escape pod remained. The Admiral sacrificed himself and launched the pod with the remaining members of the crew and was last seen being overpowered by a wave of Marines.

Though we do not fully know the fate of the Grand Admiral, we know that he truly was the hero his father before him was. He (and his father) will be remembered throughout history as the standard we Terminus men and women should shrive to be. To Victory!
