The year is 2227, 41 years after the end of the Reaper War.

The galaxy is once again at war. The Terminus factions have banded together to form the Entente, declaring war on Council space. The Alliance has reactivated all of its Spectre units in response, along with the entire faction shifting to allow for full-scale war. You have been selected to join an older re-christened unit that originally served under the second human Spectre, the Second Marines Special Reconnaissance Company.

To that effect, you have been transferred to the newly refurbished SSV Constantinople SR-2 to join this prestigious company. Regardless of your previous training and experience, you know you are about to be subject to some of the most grueling combat and difficult situations for even the most capable of people.
